LEMA Construction’s New Airport Maintenance Facility for St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport is Nearing Completion.
Today LEMA Construction had the pleasure of touring our active construction site with Michael Iguina, Airport Facilities Manager and Thomas Jewsbury, Executive Director at St. Pete-Clearwater International.
This New Airport Maintenance Facility is a 2-story, 9,508 sf pre-engineered metal building with curtain wall glass elevations and is due for substantial completion this September. The maintenance facility has an additional mezzanine, executive offices, conference room, breakroom, shower and open bay shop with drive through capabilities.
Needless to say LEMA would love to re-locate here, but Michael has already happily picked out his office!
